Collagen Induction Microneedling Treatment
Collagen induction therapy (CIT), also known as microneedling, dermarolling, or skin needling, is a cosmetic procedure that is used to encourage collagen production using small, sterilized needles. It helps smooth, firm, and tone skin and improve the appearance of scars, acne, and wrinkles. This technology is specialized to treat Fine Lines, Wrinkles, Aging Skin, Loss of Volume, Hyperpigmentation issues, including Melasma and Chloasma, and Acne Scarring. Microneedling is minimally invasive, requiring little to no downtime. It’s considered safe for most people who are in overall good health. The procedure may not be safe for people who use certain acne medications, for those with active acne, or for those with moderate to severe psoriasis or eczema. Clients may experience minor redness and irritation for a few days after the procedure.
