Appointments & Cancellation
Reservations are needed for all Spa services. Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment. To avoid being charged for cancelled reservations, please notify us 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. All Spa packages require a 48 hour cancellation notice.
Please notify our Spa Consultant before reserving your treatments if you are pregnant, or have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, or diabetes. All spa guests will be asked to complete a brief questionnaire upon check-in, designed with your well being in mind.
If arrival is delayed, we will make every effort to accommodate your full appointment but this is not always possible. Service time may be abbreviated to avoid delays for other guests as treatments and are charged at full value. Last minute changes to appointments will be honored only if a service appointment is available for a later time in the day (of your appointment) and other guests are not inconvenienced.
No Cell Phones
With tranquility as our main concern, we ask that you please observe our no cell phone policy. We request that you turn off all cell phones before entering the spa. All emergency calls can be directed through our front desk. Please understand this is for the comfort of our guests.
Visitors & Children Policy
Due to our limited seating and our quest to maintain the spa's ambiance, the spa facilities are reserved for clients only. The Spa Simply Skin Day Spa is an adult facility. We are unable to provide services to guests accompanied by children. For the safety of your children and the comfort of other guests, this policy is strictly enforced.
The Spa Simply Skin Gift Certificates are available for individual services, treatment services, corporate gifts and incentives, specific dollar amounts, products or gifts. Gift certificates must be present at the time of the service to be redeemed. Gift certificates are not refundable and not redeemable if lost, stolen or altered.
The recipient may call us at their convenience to schedule any one or a combination of services purchased. Single service requests can usually be accommodated with a 10 day notice. Multiple service requests may require a minimum 14 days notice. Gift Certificates and prepays are non-refundable and completely transferable and may be redeemed for any of our services or merchandise that you choose. As of March 1, 2017 The Spa Simply Skin will no longer accept Spa Finder, Spa Wish or Spa Week gift certificates/cards or any 3rd party certificates.
All spa guests must be 12 years of age or older. Junior spa-goers ages 12 and older can enjoy limited services, teen facials and eyebrow or lip waxing. Junior spa goers ages 15 and older can enjoy the previous list of services as well as a massage.
Payments & Gratuity
The Spa accepts cash, checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Discover, and Simply Skin Gift Cards/Certificates as payment. We proudly recruit and train our staff to be the most qualified spa professionals in the industry. You may opt to leave gratuities for our qualified spa professionals. Our recommended range is between 15% and 20% of the price of the service provided, but the amount is left up to your discretion. As of March 1, 2017 The Spa Simply Skin will no longer accept Spa Finder, Spa Wish or Spa Week gift certificates/cards.
If you are not satisfied with the merchandise that you have purchased, you may receive a store credit within 7 days of purchase. However, we cannot issue credit for merchandise that has been depleted by 25% or more.
Prices Subject to Change
We are constantly expanding our services to bring you the latest and greatest. Although we make every effort to keep our website and spa menu updated, please note that prices and services are subject to change at any time. We love having you as a client, but we do reserve the right to refuse service at any time, to anyone, for any reason.
